First Visit Experience 

During your first visit, you’ll start by seeing the hygienist, who will deep clean your teeth and gums, before discussing any habits or areas of concern when it comes to your daily routine. After your teeth are sparkly clean, the dentist and dental assistant will perform a comprehensive exam, including x-rays and oral cancer screenings. You’ll discuss your dental goals with the dentist, and together you can formulate a treatment plan that fits your needs. We’re happy to take our time and assist you in any way possible.

From the moment you walk into our office, you’ll notice how patient-focused we are, and that everyone acts like family. The entire atmosphere is fun, energetic, and engaging, and we’re happy to welcome you.

Comfort

Your comfort is important to us. We treat you like family, which is why we want you to feel right at home when you step into our office. We’re here to address any concerns, and ensure you’re relaxed and comfortable the entire time you’re here. Once you’ve settled into our computerized treatment rooms, we’re happy to provide warm blankets should you get cold, or neck pillows if you need additional support during a treatment. Relax and enjoy listening to our overhead music, which plays throughout the office.

Payment Options/Insurance 

We want you to get the treatment you need in a timely manner, which is why we offer a wide range of payment options. Don’t let finances determine your dental needs. We are committed to providing excellent, professional dental care to our patients. We accept most major insurances, and are a participating provider for the following insurances:

Our dentists will accept your allotted insurance benefit, and we ask that our patients pay the estimated balance during their visit. Please bring your insurance information with you to your appointment, so we can expedite reimbursement.

If you don’t have dental insurance, don’t worry. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) as well as cash payments. We even offer third-party financing through CareCredit, so your dental health doesn’t have to suffer. Our team is happy to assist with any questions you may have regarding financial concerns.
